Perched high in the lonesome peaks of the San Gabriel Mountains, an abandoned dance hall served as inspiration for young musicians Casey Holmberg and Tommy Schulz to embark on a musical journey. Drawing on the sounds of some of America's finest brother duos and chicken pickers, they set out together as The Echo Mtn. Boys to claim a space for that sound in the fast-paced streets of Los Angeles. After a lengthy stay in the City of Angels, the Echo Mtn. Boys have ventured to new territory, bringing their traditional bluegrass sensibilities to the Frisco bay. Half a state away, and with new friends in tow, the Boys are now playing all over the Golden State as Fog Holler.
